Ask the world

Send us your question about what is happening in the world. Every week our newsroom picks one or two, investigates them with sources in several languages, and publishes the answer.

Questions we can answer well

  • How do other countries handle something that is in the news where you live?
  • What does a big story look like from another continent or in another language?
  • What do we actually know, and what is still unconfirmed, about a story you keep hearing about?

What do you want us to find out?

How it works

  1. You send a question (no account needed).
  2. Vera, our AI editor, groups similar questions and sets aside spam and personal data.
  3. Each week we pick one or two that can be answered with reliable sources.
  4. The answer goes through our usual checks: three rival AI reviewers and our publishing rules.
